ALL SALES ARE FINAL including but not limited to services, products, boutique items, etc. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 14 days in order for us to make arrangements to correct the inconsistencies done on our part.
If you are unhappy with the products you purchased, we will consider an exchange within 7 days.
All gift card and certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate or card. Gift card or certificate must be presented at the time of redemption. TrueMedSpa and The Premier Salon & Spa are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or certificates. Gift cards and certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. TrueMedSpa and The Premier Salon & Spa gift cards and certificates do not ever expire. However, because we frequently update the services and packages offered, after one year, gift certificates are redeemable only for the dollar value originally purchased.
To best serve our clients and staff, we ask that you let us know immediately if you can not make your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you.
All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled. This must be done 24+ hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged up to 100% of the services booked. We understand things happen & in some cases we may offer you store credit to be redeemed within the following 24 hours.
NO-SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked.
All deposits and pre-payments are non refundable.
***If we are able to re-book somebody into your missed time slot, a fee will not apply
***Clients are also welcome to offer their appointment to a friend if they cannot make their appointment to avoid fees

To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time, we recommend making your reservation well in advance; especially during the weeks immediately following Christmas and Mother’s Day. In order to reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of the reservation. All credit/gift card information is stored securely off-site by our electronic fund’s payment processor.
Because our treatments being prompt, we kindly request that you check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment. We always try to make every accommodation to late arrivals. However, if we are unable to do so because of booking constraints or otherwise, your treatment time may be shortened at full-service price.
Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other serious condition. First-time guests will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and our providers may ask additional questions. This information is to ensure a safe service and is protected as highly confidential information.
Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us. All spa-related records are stored electronically, off-site, and in a secure manner. The information contained in your spa record is treated as confidential. Every guest that has undergone any medical aesthetic procedure will also have a separate electronic medical record. The electronic medical records software that we employ is both secure and HIPAA compliant. Access to medical records at TrueMedSpa is highly restricted, and only those employees who assist with medical procedures retain the ability to review a patient’s medical records. There will be a $50 fee for any records release and may take 3-5 business days to receive.
TrueMedSpa and The Premier Salon & Spa have the right to refuse service to any client or patient, at our discretion.
