Meet the True Team

Originally from Chillicothe, Missouri, Lisa moved to Lakeland and soon knew she wanted to make difference in the community. She launched a career in the health and beauty industry, making a name for herself at TrueMD, which later became TrueMedSpa. Lisa found that working in a medical spa allowed her to offer a variety of procedures that combined both the precision of medical procedures with the beauty and artistry of aesthetician services. According to Lisa, it’s a beautiful pairing.

Trained at Santa Fe College and the Electrolysis, Laser, and Beauty Institute, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to her role not only as an aesthetician, but as the director of TrueMedSpa and the Premier Salon & Spa. Be it transforming a body with coolsculpting, laser hair removal, or electrolysis, Lisa is firmly committed to helping people become the best version of themselves. Her skills as an aesthetician are utilized daily in the gorgeous facilities of the TrueMedSpa and Premier Salon & Spa, while she’s also responsible for hiring the amazing staff and making sure both the Spa and Salon are running smoothly.

Outside of her work at TrueMedSpa, Lisa enjoys time with her family — experiencing nature and the unique activities that Central Florida has to offer. The parks and lakes around Lakeland truly make it special, she says, and they set this city apart from the rest of Florida as a truly great place to live. Outside of Florida, Lisa would love to visit Costa Rica, Italy, France, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Egypt, the Great Wall of China…even Antarctica! Staying fit, watching Gator games, dancing, laughing, and being with her family are the ways she most enjoys spending her time.
